Weddings are always jubilant occasions. We love when the joy overflows and is shown in each and every image. From our initial meeting with Tina and Jean we felt the deep love that they shared for each other. They told us of their courtship and how it was fate that brought them together in their Economics class at NYU years ago.
It was extremely rare when we captured a photo of Tina & Jean not smiling or gazing at each other. If I had to create a theme for their wedding day it would be “No Stress, We’re Blessed”. That certainly seemed fitting for how the day played out. I was in my usually hyper, capture everything behind the scenes mode but Tina & Jean-Claude were so cool, they didn’t have a care or worry in the world. The only thing that mattered was each other and their family and friends.
This was our first Cameroonian or Burundian wedding, certainly a first of the hybrid mixture wedding. But we loved the United Nations feel. The colors, the music, the atmosphere all seemed to come together perfectly as one. It was definitely a joy and honor to be amongst Tina & Jean, we’re grateful to now call them friends.
It was also great to visit Greentree country club once again. A special thanks to our friend Chad for helping us out.
Nice work Josh!
